1. Book a home appointment
Tell us what you want to change and when you hope to begin. At the visit, we measure the room and discuss who uses it, what is not working and the style you prefer.

2. Agree the design and quotation
We bring the main product and finish choices together. Your quotation is based on the agreed scope, so you can review the plan before choosing to proceed.

3. Prepare and fit
The old bathroom is removed as required, the room is prepared and the new fittings and finishes are installed. Access and day-to-day practical points are discussed before the start date.

4. Final checks
The completed room is checked and you can ask questions about normal care for the fitted products and surfaces.
