Keep the layout or move the fittings
Keeping the main fittings in place may reduce plumbing changes. Moving them can improve the room, but the waste pipes, floor and available space need checking first. We explain the work behind each layout before you choose.
Know which repairs are included
Loose tiles, damp patches or a soft floor can mean more than tired decoration. The home visit checks what is visible; some damage only becomes clear after the old bathroom is removed. Any extra work should be explained before it goes ahead.
